Window Cleaning in Savannah & the Lowcountry

Crystal-clear windows inside and out. We remove salt film, pollen haze, and hard water spots — plus detailed cleaning of frames, sills, and screens.

Window Cleaning from $5–$12/pane | Interior, exterior, or both | Frames & sills included

Coastal Air Is Hard on Glass

Salt air deposits a fine film on windows that gets worse month by month. Add Lowcountry pollen season (one of the heaviest in the country), and your glass goes from clear to hazy fast. Regular cleaning isn't just cosmetic — salt film is mildly corrosive and can etch glass over time if left untreated.

We use traditional squeegee technique on accessible windows and water-fed pole systems for upper stories. Every cleaning includes wiping down frames and sills. No streaks, no drips on your floors, no ladders against your glass.

Window Cleaning FAQ

How much does window cleaning cost in Savannah?
Window cleaning in the Savannah and Lowcountry area typically costs $5–$12 per pane depending on size, accessibility, and whether you choose interior, exterior, or both. A typical home with 20–30 windows runs $150–$350 for exterior only, or $250–$500 for interior and exterior. We provide exact pricing by pane count.
Do you clean the screens and tracks too?
Yes. Every window cleaning includes wiping frames and sills. Screen cleaning and track detailing are available as add-ons. We remove screens, wash them, clean the tracks, and reinstall — so everything looks and functions like new.
How often should windows be cleaned near the coast?
Coastal properties accumulate salt film and pollen much faster than inland homes. We recommend exterior window cleaning every 3–6 months for properties close to the water (Tybee, Hilton Head, Bluffton riverfront) and every 6–12 months for inland areas. Many of our customers schedule quarterly service.
Can you reach upper-story windows?
Yes. We use water-fed poles for exterior cleaning up to three stories — no ladders leaning against your home or windows. For interior cleaning on upper floors, we work carefully inside your home with drop cloths to protect floors and furniture.
What about hard water stains on glass?
Hard water mineral deposits (white haze or spots from sprinklers or irrigation) require a separate treatment with specialized polishing compounds. We can remove most hard water stains — severe cases may need multiple treatments. This is quoted separately from standard window cleaning.
